Project:H aims to transform bread into a healthier food using SPC Samlip’s latest bakery technologies.
We will gradually improve every ingredient and production process involved in breadmaking, applying Samlip’s expertise to make bread better for people by reducing sugar, increasing protein, enhancing fermentation, and improving digestion.

To ensure everyone can enjoy the happiness of delicious bread without choosing between health and indulgence, Project:H, built on SPC Samlip’s bakery expertise, launched a high-protein, low-sugar bakery line that delivers both great taste and balanced nutrition.

Lower the Sugar, Make It Healthier

We challenged the idea that healthy bread lacks flavor, launching products that are both nutritious and delicious. Using enzyme processing and low-temperature fermentation developed by the Samlip Food R&D Center, we reduced sugar by 30–55% compared to similar products, without using alternative sweeteners.
