Health and Safety management activities

1. Absolute Safety Rules (Golden Rules):

It is a code of conduct that everyone must follow, putting lives first.

2. The 3Ws of wellness (Worker, Workplace, Wellness) principles

  • Worker: Workers manage their health by themselves.
  • Workplace: Managers assign tasks to workers according to their health condition
  • Wellness: The company actively supports workers health by promoting health promotion programs.

3. Safety 365 cycle:

Daily or weekly health and safety activities, such as pre-work TBMs, hazardous machinery inspections, workplace walk-around inspections, hazardous task management, etc.

4. Permit To Work (PTW):

A system in which high-risk work, such as working with fire, working at heights, and entering confined spaces, must be approved by the person in charge of health and safety management at the workplace before proceeding.

5. Compliance audit:

A process to verify the implementation of health and safety standards across six categories and 41 topics, reflecting the characteristics of Samlip's business, at least once every six months.

6. Health and Safety Database:

Systematically store and manage all data, including risk assessments, accident records, and safety audit results, for analysis and prevention activities.
